- Training staff about their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act/ ADA Amendments Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and state disability law
- Assisting in developing your mandated ADA Self-Evaluation by assessing compliance in the 4 mandated areas of employment policies, practices and procedures; general operations; program and facility accessibility; and equally effective communication for people with visual, hearing and speech disabilities
- Assisting you in creating an ADA- required Transition Plan that identifies barriers, removal strategies and time frames
- Assisting you in strategizing workplace accommodations for employees and applicants with disabilities
- Providing disability awareness and etiquette training so that employees and members of the public with disabilities always feel welcome in your agency, city or town.
